Welcome to Violet Streams Interview Support Program! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By registering or accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not register or use our services. 1. Introduction The Interview Support Program (the "Program") is provided by Violet Streams ("Company"), a company registered in the USA. By registering for the Program, you ("Participant") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 2. Program Details The Program offers interview support services, including resume and cover letter review, reference checks, interview coaching, and other related services as agreed upon between the Participant and the Company. The services will be provided by experienced professionals employed or contracted by the Company. 3. Payment Terms The Program requires a one-time registration fee of $500, payable by the Participant at the time of registration. In addition, the Participant will be charged a monthly fee of $50 for the duration of the Program. Payment must be made in full before the services are provided. 4. Cancellation and Refunds Participants may cancel the Program at any time by notifying the Company in writing. The registration fee is non-refundable, but the monthly fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months of the Program. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time and will refund all registration and monthly fees paid by the Participant up to the date of cancellation. 5. Confidentiality All information shared by the Participant with the Company or its representatives during the Program will be kept strictly confidential. The Company will not disclose any personal or professional information to any third party without the express consent of the Participant, except as required by law. 6. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Participant as a result of the services provided under the Program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. In any event, the Company's liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Participant for the Program. 7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA. 8. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on its website. The Participant's continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms. 9. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Company with respect to the Program and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral. 10.
